In my current position as the Grants & Marketing Manager, I am primarily responsible for grant management. However, my role also involves the project management of two major initiatives. Below are key details of my managing experience.

Grant Management

I oversee the grant management for seven long-term grant initiatives for my organization that have successfully met outcomes, utilized funding, and remained on track resulting in continued funding for my organization and improved success metrics.
My standard responsibilities in this role include:
- Developing and submitting reports. 100% of grants reports under my management have been submitted on time.
- Tracking grant progress, milestones, outputs, and outcomes. 100% of grant outputs and outcomes under my management have been achieved.
- Ensuring grant activities align with project timeline.
- Creating grant evaluation and tracking tools that support coordination among different staff.

Project Management

I oversee the project management for two grant initiatives for my organization that are currently ongoing. The grant initiatives include:
- Workforce Opportunities for Rural Communities (federal grant)
- Near Completer Project (state grant)
My standard responsibilities in this role include:
- Facilitating project partners and providers to align project activities with goals and timeline.
- Identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Tracking project progress, reporting, and deliverables.
- Calling status meetings and sharing essential updates.
